Starbuck Angel
Kara Thrace: Was she an angel? Battlestar Galactica explanation -or-What could have happened to Starbuck in BSG Finale.
Frak me, I didn't see that one coming! I'm a little disappointed and maybe you are too. The previews promised that everything would be revealed. Apparently everything didn't include anything about Starbuck. Her sudden disappearance left a lot of questions unanswered. What is the Battlestar Galactica explanation behind the mystery of Starbuck?
WHO'S TO BLAME?
- God did it! No, wait! Ronald* did it. He... had a plan. Maybe the Cylons had a plan, but the writers most certainly didn't, because there are too many holes left in the plot.
- Lee turned his back and Starbuck Angel ran as fast as she could.
- The Simpsons did it!
- Starbuck was an upgraded version of The Turk. Sarah Connor must have discovered this and came after her.
- Moore's* own explanation is that Battlestar Galactica Starbuck is some sort of super-angel who people can touch and see. An angel who occasionally enjoys taking a dump in the men's room. Great explanation Moore!
- Never mind who Starbuck is! What's important is that she had a mission. Once that mission was completed, she rejoined Sam on the other side [of the sun].
- Scotty must have beamed her out.
- The Kryptonians needed her, so Starbuck had no choice but to fly away and go see what's going on.
- Kara Thrace was God's plan in BSG. She was an angel sent to help humanity find its way to a new home. Blablabla...
- One last explanation is that Katee Sackhoff refused to be a part of the shitty ending, so they literally had to write her out of a scene. She deserved better and so did we. Why did they turn a great sci-fi show into a lame supernatural crap? First the Matrix, now Battlestar Galactica...

WHICH GOD?
Isn't it interesting how all the prophecies ended up just being smoke and mirrors to keep people watching Battlestar Galactica? No real explanation of where they came from and the stuff with Hera could've happened at any point in the show...
And wasn't Starbuck supposed to be the 'harbinger of death'?
"There must be some way out of here, said the joker to the thief, there's too much confusion, I can't get no relief..."
